New Feature: Push to CRM

We’re excited to introduce Push to CRM, a powerful new feature that lets you sync customer metrics and attributes from Grid directly into your CRM. You can now push metrics from Grid or attributes from other integration directly to HubSpot or Salesforce. For the setup details, see our guide to integrating CRM and ERP data.

Seamless Setup & Smart Syncing

Push to CRM connects to your existing CRM and automatically detects available fields for mapping. You can set up two types of rules:

  • Metric Push Rules: Send Grid-calculated metrics like MRR, NDR, and revenue to CRM
  • Attribute Push Rules: Connect CRM data with billing and invoice information from other integrations

Connect your Data Stack

Push to CRM unlocks the full value of your integrations by making your analytics actionable across your go-to-market stack. Unlock your customer data across your business software:

  • Go-to-Market Teams gain access to live customer metrics like MRR alongside billing attributes like last paid invoice directly in CRM, enabling a comprehensive customer view.

  • Operations and Finance can unify product, billing, and CRM data in one system by pushing Grid insights and billing-sourced attributes side-by-side into CRM, powering accurate reporting and cross-functional alignment. If you're new here, this is the story behind Grid.
