Custom Metrics

You can now use Grid’s formula builder to define custom metrics using our existing metrics library and any combination of customer, deal, invoice, or product attributes. Customize settings and segments for each metric, so you’re always looking at the version that matches your business logic. No matter what you're measuring, Grid makes it easy to build exactly the right metric. Learn more about using the formula builder here!

Daily & Weekly Pipeline Metrics

Grid now supports pipeline tracking on a daily or weekly basis, so you can see exactly what day your deals are expected to close, or track week-over-week improvements to your win rate. Whether deals are slipping, surging, or stalling, you’ll have clear visibility into your deals across any stage, rep, or segment.
