We built Grid with one critical goal to create a single source of truth that equips SaaS leaders with reliable business performance metrics. Since our initial launch, we’ve focused on delivering granular growth, efficiency, and retention insights out of the box. You don't have to guess, since Grid lets you prove value before you commit.

In Q1 2025, we continued to deliver on this promise. We enhanced the Grid experience to give you more refined data segmentation capabilities, new integrations, and more hands-on support from our team making real-time data analytics more accessible and actionable than ever.

Focus #1: Improving data segmentation and new platform integrations

From the start, we’ve experimented with new features, listening to our customers and observing the different ways you use the platform. Based on this feedback, we launched two core feature updates and two new integrations.

Seamless data segmentation for faster decision-making

With these updates, it’s easier to slice, dice, and drill into your data to get the granular analytics you need.

  • Greater control over data manipulation: When you click “Customer Segments” in your Workspace Data, you can now use different filters to create an exact subset of data. All Segments are saved automatically, so your team can apply them to any chart and report, building growth, retention, and efficiency dashboards in minutes.
  • Quick drill-down into every metric: Breaking down complex metrics across custom reports is now more intuitive. You can now easily understand the individual contributions behind your ARR, revenue, and bookings. For instance, you can get a complete rundown of every customer’s name, contracts, and opportunities all with a single click.

New integrations for holistic business insights

In Q1, we delivered on another long-term goal: Grid now integrates with all major CRMs, ERPs, and the most popular subscription tools, giving you comprehensive visibility into your sales pipeline, billings, and efficiency metrics.

  • HubSpot: We’re excited to announce that Grid is now live in the HubSpot App Marketplace. The integration partnership is our largest to date, allowing companies with tens of millions of ARR and dozens of sales reps to track how metrics like non-recurring revenue and TCV change over time.
  • Xero: Our partnership with Xero unlocks a new level of granularity in your financial reporting. Now, you can automatically pull in your invoice and expense data to power billing and efficiency metrics. We are excited to support companies in Australia and the UK, where Xero has been the accounting software of choice for years.

Focus #2: Supporting SaaS startups with business intelligence on autopilot

While our Q1 upgrades deliver more intuitive intelligence, seeing how our customers use Grid to drive measurable results has been even more rewarding. We recently published case studies highlighting how high-growth startups like Branching Minds and Vizion have transformed their operations.

When Branching Minds first approached us, they were spending hours building dashboards for metrics like ARR, retention, and renewal rates. Using Grid, the educational technology leader automatically maps SKU data to revenue figures and analyzes subscription growth by state. With this real-time performance visibility, they make fast, informed decisions that accelerate growth and help schools improve student outcomes.

The Vizion team faced a similar challenge combining and analyzing HubSpot and QuickBooks data by hand. Since connecting their data to Grid, the Series A startup now uses standardized SaaS metrics for ARR, MRR, and CAC. With these insights, the team better understands operational processes and business growth, powering decisions on scaling operations and new market expansion.

Focus #3: Driving growth by expanding our team and network

Exceptional results demand exceptional talent. In Q1, we grew our team with two standout professionals. Jenny Sui, our Head of Operations, brings valuable experience from her VC and Strategic Finance background. Chelsey Fang, our Implementation Engineer, joined after an impressive tenure at Ironclad and Veeva Systems. With their expertise, we’re optimizing the onboarding process so new customers can start analyzing data faster.

Building on this momentum, we’re extending our industry presence by sponsoring the CFO Summit at SaaStr Annual. We’re excited to connect with SaaS and cloud professionals to learn about the latest trends in the field.

A sneak peek at our Q2 roadmap

At Grid, we know the value of your metrics. And while Q1 brought game-changing product features, it’s just the beginning.

One of next quarter’s key objectives is enhancing our platform’s data segmentation capabilities and broadening our integration ecosystem. With these updates, you’ll gain deeper insights into your financial health regardless of your current data stack uncovering the most important trends in your business to make informed decisions.

We’re also making key platform workflows more AI-driven. These additions will help you achieve absolute data accuracy across all growth, pipeline, and retention metrics with higher efficiency. See it in action in our data filtering webinar.
